Paul has been an Organisation Development (OD) Consultant and Executive Coach for over 20 years and has worked with Waverley for the last 9 of these. He focuses on helping leaders drive forward their performance and that of their people. His recent clients include Vodafone, Simmons and Simmons, PwC, B&Q, RSM Tenon, Worldpay, IMI, Deloitte, Legal and General, Britvic, The Body Shop, Ford Retail, Aggreko. Paul is currently working on two international programmes; the first is the design and delivery of Leadership Development workshops in Europe, the US and China working with internationally diverse teams for a large industrial organisation; the second is providing coaching for Partners in Germany and Russia for a large professional services firm.  He has previously worked with clients in the US, HK, Australia, Russia and through much of Europe.
